Got Questions? We've got Answers!
Yes! pelotonRPM works with a team of highly-skilled Simulation Specialists who play the part of employees or other individuals who are struggling with difficult Workplace Conduct, Ethics & Leadership issues. We leverage our technology to connect our Specialists to your learners via a webcam. We believe the best way to teach people how to engage in, and manage, critical conversations is to let them have critical conversations - with real people! We do not use avatars or fake videos. We work with amazing people who deliver amazing experiences to our clients.
Very! This is our secret sauce. We have built a tremendous amount of technology that allows us to make the process work at scale. Our software allows us to ensure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time, with the right script to deliver an outstanding experience to your learners. Our team of Simulation Specialists is sizable and growing all the time.
pelotonRPM's simulations are intended for those managers and leaders who are most likely to be on the frontlines, overseeing employees who may be struggling with these kinds of Workplace Conduct, Ethics & Leadership challenges. We do, however, encourage you to include your most senior executives (and Board members) in the program as well. True cultural change starts at the top, and it is critically important that people throughout the company can see that the top executives are taking it seriously.
Depending on your budget, anything is possible. pelotonRPM's standard library of simulations is robust and growing all the time so you may be pleasantly surprised by the options that are available to you today. However, if you feel strongly that there are specific custom simulations that you would like to see, we would certainly consider building them for you.
pelotonRPM's simulations are typically thirty to forty minutes in length. With onboarding and prep time, your learners should expect the entire process to take around an hour. Your managers and leaders are busy - we certainly understand how valuable their time is and are respectful of it.
We insist that every learner take at least two simulations as part of every contract. That allows you to see genuine improvement and gives them the opportunity to build skills and confidence. They don't need to do the same simulation twice. In fact, we encourage them to try to different simulations to broaden their pelotonRPM experience.
We have an annual contract that reflects a specific number of learners in your organization. The contract will typically reflect, on a per-learner basis:
- One year of access to the pelotonRPM application and learning materials
- Two personalized onboarding calls
- Two monitored 30 minute simulations
- Session scheduling from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. (Eastern), Monday – Friday
- Ninety days of video access for each learner
- Outcome video for every simulation
- Professional video review and feedback
- Self-evaluation form review
- Individualized feedback (written and video)
- Sample incident notes (if applicable)
- Enhanced Insights Reporting & Analytics (optional)
- Access to administrative tools for HR / training / management team
We request a minimum of five learners per contract.
Yes. We have highly-experienced employment attorneys vet all of our content - Simulation Guides, learning materials, video content, simulation scripts, feedback, and evaluation forms - before they are offered to clients. We also test our simulations extensively before they are made available to clients.
No need to worry! Learners can use their laptops, phones or tablets to conduct their simulations. All they need is an Internet connection and they'll be ready to go.
No. pelotonRPM allows your managers and leaders to "Practice what you teach" using your existing training initiatives. We give your learners the opportunity to apply the lessons that are being delivered through other approaches in a safe, realistic and convenient way.
At the end of every "Sprint" (or group of sessions), you have the option of purchasing Insights & Analytics reports that summarize the performance of your team, highlight areas for improvement and identify ways in which your policies and/or procedures may be optimized.
Yes. At the end of a round of simulations, clients can choose to have a group feedback call in which a member of the pelotonRPM team, in coordination with someone from your HR/legal/compliance groups, can provide more detailed information and coaching to the entire group of participants. These sessions are a good way to encourage group discussion of the scenario and to facilitate the communication of best-practices.
