HERE'S HOW WE CAN INCORPORATE THE PROGRAM INTO YOUR 2021 SKO
pelotonRPM’s Fundamental Video Sales Skills program includes five distinct components, the first of which can be incorporated into the agenda for your Sales Kick Off meeting.
PART 1: LIVE, INTERACTIVE TRAINING CLASS

The first component of the program is a 60-minute live video-based training class during your SKO followed by a 20-minute facilitated breakout session (or sessions, depending on the size of your team). The class will outline the best practices the members of your client-facing teams need to consider when selling via live video.

PART 2: ONLINE LEARNING MATERIALS

After the SKO, we will provide your team with access to our growing library of online learning materials. Our content includes video selling fundamentals, information on how to manage your technology, arrange your environment (including lighting and audio), body language considerations, and other valuable information about video-based selling.

PART 3: INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSION

Once the members of your team have had an opportunity to review the online learning materials, they can schedule their 30-minute, one-on-one video coaching session. The session will help them ask questions, address any technology issues, assist them with their environment, and get them ready for their upcoming sales simulation.

PART 4: *LIVE* ONLINE SALES SIMULATION

Each of your sales team members will have a 30-minute simulated sales or client conversation. They will be connected, via live video, with one of our Simulation Specialists who will play the part of a real prospect or client. Let’s test their video sales skills and see how they do!

PART 5: REVIEW, ANALYSIS & FEEDBACK

Following each simulation, the pelotonRPM team will review the video, deliver detailed written feedback, and have a 15-minute one-on-one video meeting with each rep to discuss. Finally, we will deliver an Insights & Recommendations report to senior sales leadership.
