HERE'S WHAT WE DELIVER
pelotonRPM’s Nailing the Virtual Software Demo module includes five distinct components for the members of your team.
The first part of our Nailing the Virtual Software Demo module is a 90-minute live, interactive, online training class with members of your team to outline the best practices they need to consider when demoing, selling, and having client conversations using live video.
We will then provide your team with access to our growing library of learning materials. Our content includes video selling and demo fundamentals, a substantial amount of technical information and tutorials, and materials relating to arranging your environment, using body language effectively, and other valuable information.
Once the members of your team have had an opportunity to review the online materials, they will have two 30-minute, one-to-one video calls. The first will relate to general video presentation skills. The second will be more technical in nature and will help to dial in their settings, address any technology issues, and get them ready for their upcoming live demo simulation.
Each of your team members will have a 30-minute simulated demo with a live ‘prospect’! They will be connected, via live video, with one of our Simulation Specialists who will play the part of a real prospect or client. Let’s test their demo and tech skills and see how they do!
Once their simulations are completed, we will review their video and provide them with a 30-minute one-to-one video feedback call and a written summary. We will also deliver a recap presentation to the senior leadership team that will provide our recommendations about live video demo best practices.
