HERE'S HOW THE PROGRAM IS STRUCTURED
This pelotonRPM learning program has five key components.

01.

LIVE IN-PERSON KICK-OFF CLASS IN VANCOUVER

The live, in-person, four hour kick-off class will combine dynamic instruction with interactive exercises to help develop your teams competence and confidence around effective presentations. The small class size of fifteen learners will allow for maximum engagement. Topics covered include shifting our mindset about what selling means, rethinking presentation materials, why soft skills matter more than ever, and what the best do better than the rest in this new ‘omni-channel selling’ environment.

02.

ONLINE LEARNING MATERIALS

We will provide the team with access to our library of online learning materials. The content will cover a full range of topics relating to selling professional services effectively to highly sophisticated and demanding clients and prospects. Our learning modules also include content relating to soft skills development and video-based selling best-practices.

ONE-TO-ONE VIRTUAL COACHING

Our one-to-one coaching is a cornerstone of our hands-on training approach. Learners spend up to an hour with a pelotonRPM coach who will help them dial-in their soft skills and understand how best to present themselves in person and, very importantly in today’s environment, on live video. We cover everything from making solid eye contact and limiting pause words to configuring your live video and your environment correctly.

SIMULATED SALES CONVERSATION

Each learner will have a 30 minute live, simulated, video-based sales conversation (one-to-one) that will allow them to practice what has been taught during the program. The scenario will be designed to look, sound, and feel just like a real Colliers new business presentation. The simulation can be configured to accommodate one or two learners simultaneously if you would like to help develop team selling skills.

05.

FEEDBACK & ADDITIONAL COACHING

Once the simulation is over, we will analyze the video of the session and compile feedback. Each learner will have a 30 minute one-to-one feedback call to discuss what they did well, areas in which they can improve, and strategies and tactics they can consider to improve their overall sales effectiveness. They will also receive a written summary of their performance and senior leadership will receive an Insights & Recommendations report at the end of the program.
