We prepare your management team to (a) use live video effectively, (b) present in an engaging and compelling way, (c) actively listen to the buyer / investor to understand what they’re really asking, and (d) answer (and ask) the questions that matter most. We integrate online learning materials with live video-based instruction and 1:1 coaching, allowing your leaders to develop the real skills and confidence they need to deliver a terrific presentation and deal outcome.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
There are four different components to pelotonRPM’s Advanced Management Presentation Skills learning program.
We start the program with a live group instruction session for your team. We will go over fundamental presentation skills and tactics, objections handling strategies, and how to best engage with buyers and investors during the management presentation.
One-to-One coaching is a critical component of our approach. You will have two different coaching sessions. The first will focus on video skills, soft skills, and communication skills. The second will concentrate on strategies and tactics relating specifically to buyer / investor conversations.
Impactful learning cannot happen without application. Our Advanced Management Presentation Skills learning program includes a simulation that ensures each member of the team has a chance to practice what we teach in a realistic way.
Feedback & Review
After the simulation, we deliver feedback to each member of the team via a one-to-one video call and a written report, discussing strengths and areas for improvement. They will also have an opportunity to get additional coaching if needed.
