HERE'S WHAT WE DELIVER
pelotonRPM’s proprietary Workplace Culture training program includes five distinct components for the members of your team.
The first part of our workplace culture program is a 60-minute live, interactive, online training session with members of your teams to outline best practices and things to think about when navigating these kinds of sensitive workplace conversations.
We will then provide your team with access to our growing library of learning materials. Content includes general information on why driving cultural change within your organization is critically important and tips on how to manage various workplace scenarios in an effective manner.
Once the members of your team have had an opportunity to review the online materials, we will have a 30-minute, one-on-one video call with each of them to address any questions they may have and to prepare them for their upcoming training simulation.
Your team members will have two 30-minute live simulations relating to a sensitive workplace issue. Each simulation typically consists of two or there individual conversations, each of which advances the plot of the scenario. Our simulation specialists are exceptional and deliver an incredibly realistic experience.
Once their simulations are completed, pelotonRPM will review their video and provide them with written and video-based feedback. We will also deliver a report to the senior leadership team that will provide our perspective on what your team did well and where the is room for improvement.
