pelotonRPM’s Fundamental Video Sales Skills module includes five distinct components for the members of your sales, account management, and client success teams.

The first part of our Fundamental Video Sales Skills module is a 60-minute live, interactive, online training class with members of your sales, account management, and client success teams to outline the best practices they need to consider when selling and having client conversations via live video.

We will then provide your team with access to our growing library of learning materials. Our content includes video selling fundamentals, information on how to manage your technology, arrange your environment (including lighting and audio), body language considerations, and other valuable and topical information.

Once the members of your team have had an opportunity to review the online materials, we will have a 30-minute, one-on-one video call with each of them to help them address any technology issues, assist them with their environment, and get them ready for their upcoming sales simulation.

Your team members will have a 30-minute simulated sales or client conversation. They will be connected, via live video, with one of our Simulation Specialists who will play the part of a real prospect or client. Let’s test their video and tech skills and see how they do!

Once their simulations are completed, pelotonRPM will review their video and provide them with written and video-based feedback. We will also deliver a report to the senior leadership team that will provide our recommendations about how best to incorporate live video into your sales process and client conversations.
