We have been delivering exceptional live, online learning programs to an amazing list of companies since 2016. We believe there is a critical skills crisis underway and are committed to doing our best to help address the problem.
What does this mean? We combine dynamic live virtual instruction, 1-to-1 coaching, online learning materials, realistic live simulations, and 1-to-1 feedback into high-touch, high-impact learning programs. We design our programs to help our Learners develop the real skills they need to thrive in their day-to-day roles. We have two primary areas of focus: Sales Excellence and Talent / Leadership Development.
Our Sales Excellence programs help B2B sales professionals develop the skills they need to become effective ‘omni-channel’ sellers in today’s fast-changing environment. Our courses range from developing best-in-class video sales skills to navigating difficult pricing conversations more effectively. All of our Sales Excellence programs incorporate live, virtual simulations that allow our Learners to apply their knowledge in realistic sales scenarios.
Our Talent / Leadership Development programs provide rising managers and leaders with an opportunity to develop and practice critical skills in a safe, realistic, and effective way. Our course offerings range from dynamic live online classes for large groups to intensive hands-on virtual programs that build and reinforce the skills rising leaders will need to be successful. Topics covered include “Delivering Tough Feedback,” “Navigating Tough Compensation Conversations,” and “Building Your Personal Brand,” among many others.
HERE'S A SHORT EXCERPT FROM A LIVE ONLINE CLASS
This is a segment from an actual live online class that was delivered recently to a team of roughly 100 rising young professionals as part of the Acceleration program at Colliers, a longstanding pelotonRPM client. This class is entitled “Building Your Personal Brand” and is intended to help younger professionals understand the importance of building an authentic and enduring brand that will (a) position them for success within the organization, and (b) help them genuinely develop into a ‘trusted advisor’ to their prospects and clients. The program has been very well-received and is expected to expand significantly in 2022.
HERE'S HOW OUR PROGRAMS ARE TYPICALLY STRUCTURED
Most pelotonRPM learning programs include dynamic instruction, learning materials, 1-to-1 coaching, application / simulation, and live 1-to-1 feedback. We do, however, offer a-la-carte options to our clients as well, allowing us to configure programs that will help them accomplish their learning goals.
Our live, virtual 90-minute classes combines instruction with active conversation between our Learners. We typically limit each class to 25 Learners to allow for maximum engagement or leverage break out rooms for larger teams. We also offer standalone live online classes for very large groups.
We make our growing library of online learning materials available to every pelotonRPM Learner. The learning materials cover a full range of topics and incorporate different types of content, including written materials, templates, checklists, surveys, instructional videos, and supporting audio files.
Most of our programs incorporate a live virtual simulation exercise. Each Learner typically has a 30-minute live, simulated, video-based conversation that allows them to apply and practice what has been taught during the program. The simulation scenario is designed to look, sound, and feel just like a real client or management / leadership situation. pelotonRPM simulations are incredibly impactful learning tools.
Once the simulation is over, we analyze the video of the session and compile personalized feedback. Each Learner typically has a 30-minute video feedback call to discuss what they did well, areas in which they can improve, and strategies and tactics they can consider to enhance their overall effectiveness and development. They will also receive a completion certificate at the end of the program.
