We combine online learning content, live video-based classes and coaching, and simulated client conversations into an exceptional skills-building experience for our learners. We work with companies and organizations around the world to help their employees develop their video-based sales skills.
One of the greatest things about our Simulation Specialist role is the flexibility it offers. You pick the training sessions that fit your schedule. When you have time on your hands, just let us know and we will provide you with a listing of the sessions we have available. It’s that easy.
We connect you with our corporate training clients around the globe and you don’t need to leave home to participate. Given that all of our training is live and video-based, all you need is a computer, a webcam, and a solid Internet connection and you’ll be ready to get to work.
pelotonRPM offers a competitive hourly rate that will give you an opportunity to supplement your income while you develop your resume of corporate training experience. Since you control your schedule, you can also control how much extra income you can generate.
WHAT EXACTLY WILL YOU BE DOING?
Most of pelotonRPM’s Simulation Specialists work closely with our sales training clients. As a member of our team, you will typically be playing the part of a prospect or a customer in a live simulated video-based sales conversation.
WHAT KIND OF TRAINING EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?
Many of our most successful Simulation Specialists have done extensive standardized patient work. Others have done simulation exercises for law enforcement, legal preparation, and other kinds of professional and corporate training. That said, if you are professional, creative, comfortable with video technologies, and interested in corporate acting work, let’s talk!

Eileen, Simulation SpecialistHERE'S HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
As a Simulation Specialist, your work process is simple, convenient, and clear.
Tell us your availability and we will add you to our notification system. You will be notified via text or email of upcoming training sessions that require a Simulation Specialist. If the time slot and the role work well for you, go ahead and grab your session! Some of our clients are located overseas so, if you’re a night owl, pick the sessions that work best.
Once you have claimed a session, a script will be made available through your account at http://www.pelotonRPM.com. The script will also include background information that will help you prepare for your role and your session. Please note, you will often be playing the same role so don’t worry about being overwhelmed by preparation.
Ok, it’s game time. During your session you will be playing the part of a prospect or a customer and the client will be tasked with selling you a product or a service. Each simulation generally lasts between 15 and 30 minutes. You will also be provided with a form to evaluate the learner. You don’t need to be a sales expert to complete the review – most of the criteria are focused on general presentation skills, etc.
