We were introduced to Arena leadership through a Partner at JMI Equity. They were familiar with the pelotonRPM approach and our deep expertise preparing customer-facing professionals for live, video-based sales conversations. While Arena initially contacted us to present at their annual Sales Kick Off meeting, they also decided to implement our Fundamental Video Sales Skills program.

The Arena team had been selling virtually for some time, but has a culture that embraces continuous learning and improvement. Their inside sales team accounts for the majority of their revenue and was comfortable using video as part of their motion. That said, they decided there is always room for improvement and that pelotonRPM’s live video-based classes, online coaching, and simulation training would instill best practices throughout the team.
