Our Sales Excellence programs help B2B sales and client success professionals develop the skills they need to become effective ‘omni-channel’ sellers and relationship managers in today’s fast-changing environment. The program we intend to roll out to the team at Wondr will blend video skills development with more traditional instruction. As discussed, all of our Sales Excellence programs incorporate live, virtual simulations that allow our Learners to apply their knowledge in realistic sales scenarios. The Wondr simulation will give your team the opportunity to navigate a customer conversation relating to a proposed price increase.

This is an example of a segment from a live online class that is being delivered to the sales teams at a private equity portfolio company in the manufacturing industry. This class is entitled “Moving Towards Value Based Selling” and is intended to help sales professionals understand the importance of framing their pricing conversations in an effective way.

HERE'S HOW OUR PROGRAMS ARE TYPICALLY STRUCTURED
Our learning programs are designed to blend dynamic live instruction with highly personalized coaching and simulations. Our unique modality gives your learners the opportunity to develop and practice real skills and apply them in a realistic customer scenario.
LIVE ONLINE CLASSES

Our live, virtual 90-minute classes combine instruction with active conversation between our Learners. The small size of the Wondr group will allow for maximum engagement during the session. We will configure the content to focus on how best to articulate the Wondr value proposition and effectively message upcoming price increases.

ONLINE LEARNING MATERIALS

We make our growing library of online learning materials available to every pelotonRPM Learner. The learning materials cover a full range of topics and incorporate different types of content, including written materials, templates, checklists, surveys, instructional videos, and supporting audio files.

1-to-1 COACHING & SIMULATIONS

Our programs incorporate a 1-to-1 coaching session and a live virtual simulation exercise. Each Learner typically has a 30-minute live, simulated, video-based ‘customer conversation’ that allows them to apply and practice what has been taught during the program. The simulation scenario is designed to look, sound, and feel just like a real customer situation. In this case we will design it to incorporate a pricing conversation. pelotonRPM simulations are incredibly impactful learning tools.

FEEDBACK & ADDITIONAL COACHING

Once each Learner’s sales simulation is completed, the pelotonRPM team will analyze the video of their session and compile personalized feedback. Each Learner will typically have a 30-minute video feedback meeting to discuss what they did well, areas in which they can continue to improve, and strategies and tactics they can consider to enhance their overall effectiveness and development. They will also receive a completion certificate at the end of the pelotonRPM program.
