PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Each of our programs combine the best of live and online training into an outstanding learning experience for your sales team. There are five components.

LIVE, INTERACTIVE ONLINE TRAINING CLASS

The first part of each learning program is a 60-minute live, interactive, online training class with members of your sales, account management, and client success teams.

ONLINE LEARNING MATERIALS

We will then provide your team with access to our growing library of learning materials that provide deep perspective, engaging case studies, and relevant video content.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSION

Once the members of your team have had an opportunity to review the online materials, they will have a 30-minute, one-on-one video coaching call with one of our experienced instructors.

*LIVE* ONLINE SALES SIMULATION

Your team members will then have a 30-minute simulated sales or client conversation. They will be connected, via live video, with one of our Simulation Specialists who will play the part of a real prospect or client.

05.

REVIEW, ANALYSIS & FEEDBACK

Once their simulations are completed, we will review their video and provide them with written and live feedback. We will also deliver a report to the senior leadership team.

Critical Closing Conversations is an advanced learning program that focuses on teaching a variety of strategies and tactics that will help the members of your sales team move a complex sale over the finish line.
