THE FIVE STEPS OF EACH LEARNING EXPERIENCE
LIVE, INTERACTIVE ONLINE TRAINING CLASS
The first part of each learning program is a dynamic and engaging live, interactive, online training class for members of your sales, account management, and client success teams.
We will then provide your team with access to our growing library of learning materials that provide deep perspective, engaging case studies, handy checklists and templates, and relevant video content.
Once the members of your team have had an opportunity to review the online materials, they will have a highly-personalized one-on-one video coaching call with one of our experienced instructors.
Your team members will then have a simulated sales or client conversation. They will be connected, via live video, with one of our Simulation Specialists who will play the part of a real prospect or client.
Once their simulations are completed, we will review their video and provide them with written and live feedback. We will also deliver a report to the senior leadership team.

NAILING THE VIRTUAL PRODUCT DEMO
This course will teach sales professionals how to present their product(s) to prospects in the best light virtually. Among other things, we teach them how to make use of powerful video tools, stage their product and environment, and make use of multi-camera setups.
